Les offres et demandes de partenariat proposées ci-dessous ont été rassemblées durant le premier trimestre 1997 dans le cadre de l'appel à propositions (aap) du programme "Applications télématiques" lancé le 17 décembre 1996 et clos le 15 avril 1997.   Construire un partenariat multinational (5 pays de le communauté + la Suisse) réunissant : les compétences hospitalières, les associations représentatives de parents et de sites, environ 30 sites d'expérimentation répartis dans les six pays envisagés ; un "project co-ordinator" qui peut-être soit opérateur des milieux des télécommunications, soit des milieux de l'infographie.
