Guide to telecommunications terminal
equipment approval procedures

(February 1995)

The purpose of this guide is to explain to telecommunications equipment manufacturers and distributers how to obtain approval for telecommunications terminal equipment. This in conformance with Decree n· 92.116 of 4 february 1992, modified by Decree n· 94-737 of 22 august 1994, wich implements the European Directive 91/263/EEC, also known as the Telecommunications Terminal Equipment (TTE) Directive. These procedures also apply to the approval of radio installations.
