The purpose of this guide is to explain to telecommunications equipment manufacturers and distributers how to obtain approval for telecommunications terminal equipment. This in conformance with Decree n· 92.116 of 4 february 1992, modified by Decree n· 94-737 of 22 august 1994, wich implements the European Directive 91/263/EEC, also known as the Telecommunications Terminal Equipment (TTE) Directive. These procedures also apply to the approval of radio installations. |
