This is Yuji Naganuma, from Japan. I am writing to you because I am looking for some rarest stamps to introduce in our booklet. (If you have such a kind of them) This is a letter of request for your consent to do so and also to ask if there are any necessary formalities I must go through regarding copywright and so on? Our company "El Compas" is producing a booklet called "Rasente" for our client NTT DoCoMo Co., Ltd., . It will be a 16page public information booklet aimed at mobile phone users. This time, there will be a feature article for introducing "the rarest stamp in the world". As for my research, it seems "one cent stamp of Guiana (1856)" So please can you tell me if you have a copy transparency or photo of it? Also if you have, it is fairly well "stamp on stamp" of it in 1967. Unfortunately as the booklet is monthly we have very little time! Thank you very much in advance for your time. I look forward to hearing from you. Apologies for my bad english. Your Sincerely Yuji NAGANUMA yuji001@quartz.ocn.ne.jp
