Last year, 26th Februar 1997, I bought Renault Megane (BA,DA) - RN 1,6 E - BAOFOD - No: VF1BAOFOD15451537 - Prod. no: DO62696 at "PLESKO CARS d.o.o" - Ljubljana -Brezovica. The car was distributed by "REVOZ d.d", 8000 Novo mesto -Slovenia. I made first technical support in 25th November 1997 with 14.740 km at "PLESKO CARS d.o.o". Next technical support I made in 19th August 1998 with 30000 km and here started my problem. At 25000 I heard loud noise from exhaust pipe - silencer, I went to "PLESKO CARS d.o.o." and I made an arrangement to repaire that failure at 30000 km service. Silencer was completly destroyed (rusty with 20 cm long hole). They changed silencer at my expense. When I protested, thay told me about 1 year guarantee. I agree with 1 year guarantee, but 20 cm long hole coused by rusty can't proceed from 26th February 1998 when 1 year guarantee expired. I protested to Mr. Deankovic and Mr. Okretic at "REVOZ d.d. Podjetje za proizvodnjo in komercializacijo avtomobilov", Dunajska cesta 22 Ljubljana, Slovenija. They didn't show any interest to see how silencer really look. Mr. Deankovic told me he knew about that problem, that he already had that problems before with some series of Meganes, but he couldn't do anything about that. So, I could only ask myself what will be broken next time and what expense I could expected at 45000 km exemination with 1,5 - 2 years old car.
