EG-Cairo - Vehicle Inspection/Maintenance Manager 


  Major international consulting firm seeks vehicle inspection and maintenance
  program manager for part of an air quality management project in Cairo, Egypt.
  Will provide overall management, technical direction, and leadership to develop
  and implement a centralized testing program in Greater Cairo, including
  overseeing subcontractor staff. Work with local government officials on policy
  formation. Responsible for planning; resource identification and allocation;
  schedule, quality, and budget performance; achievement of performance-based
  milestone objectives; amd overseeing subcontractor staff. Min. 2 year commitment
  in Egypt. Requirements: strong management skills, experience developing vehicle
  I/M programs; and background in mobile source emissions. Related skills desired
  in establishment of QA/QC procedures; ability to negotiate with A&E and
  construction firms; ability to train I/M personnel; experience with policy
  development for government programs; and ability to coordinate between technical
